You are looking at a 6 (six) card prototype set for InLine's Cannabis Collection cards.  They made sets two yours, I think.  This 6 card set was given to memorabilia dealers (which I was in the 90's).  Please, see scan of only set I have. Cards are dated 1994.  Who let the cards out?  I  did.
