    GREAT CATHOLIC KINGS SWORD (335.1)
    Unique sword of the Spanish Catholic kings – Isabela I of Castille and Ferdinand II of Aragon. Used in the 15th and 16th century.
    Specifications:

    Weight: 2,5 kg
    The blade is wide at the base, narrower to the foible.It has golden engraving at the forte. The golden guard with narrow arms and inscription “Tanto monta, monta tanto” which means “Equal opposites in balance" and facts about support each other effectively in accordance with their motto of equality between Cathoic kings of Spain. The grip is wrapped by red suede and tangled around by brass wire. The pommel is golden with four circles and floral ornament.
