Feit Electric
Feit Electric has been in the lighting business for over 30 years and makes top of the line, affordable LEDs. They manufacture in China (like most lighting manufacturers) but design and test the bulbs in the US. Their lamps give a warm, bright light which is comparable to traditional incandescent light bulbs. As with all LEDs, these lights use about 90% less energy than incandescent and about 50% less energy than CFLs. Using these bulbs is an easy way to immediately reduce your carbon footprint.
Energy Efficiency
All of our LED light bulbs receive the ‘Energy Efficiency’ icon because they use less energy than other lighting options. LEDs use 80-90% less energy than incandescent light bulbs to make the same amount of light. Including the extra energy it takes to manufacture and dispose of the technologically sophisticated LED lamps, these lamps have a carbon footprint that is about 75% smaller than their incandescent equivalents.
