Mobius - Control Without a Controller
The Mobius app interface is built to utilize the communications, convenience, and familiarity of your favorite smart device. If you can use your phone, you can create the perfect environment for your biotope. If you can imagine a task for your equipment, you can craft it with scenes and routines.
The Mobius app is free -- you can find it on your favorite app store at no cost. The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, allowing you to control multiple devices easily and without the need for an external controller.
Initially, the Mobius platform will work with the Gen 5 Radions and the Versa peristaltic pump. However, in the coming months, more of your favorite products will be available on your Mobius App.

Orders will be shipped to the address given at checkout.
Livestock WILL NOT be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
No shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
West Coast Frags WILL NOT refund orders that were given insufficient, inaccurate, or invalid address.
DOA Policy
Photos of any DOAs must be sent to us via email within 2 hours of delivery confirmation by carrier. After receiving photos we will advise what to do with the DOAs, do not discard until instructed. If DOAs are confirmed by us and photos sent within 2 hours we will issue a store credit for the total purchase price minus any shipping charges. Often we are able to replace the DOAs with the same or similar items plus shipping costs. Failure to notify us within the 2 hour time period will void any guarantees.
No refunds of shipping charges will be issued.
If we are unable to replace your DOA with a comparable item we will credit your account for the full purchase price of the item as a credit on our website.
