  • Condition: A fantastic Julie Andrews & Rex Harrison Autographed Playbill for the new musical production of “My Fair Lady” from February or March of 1956. The blue fountain pen autograph of Julie Andrews is in excellent (faded) condition, clear and bold. The red grease pencil (I believe) of Rex Harrison is also in excellent condition, clear and bold. The playbill itself is still tight to the original staples with the 12 total pages in excellent shape with no tears or extra markings. Please see pictures below.

    Description

    A great looking Julie Andrews & Rex Harrison Autographed Playbill from “My Fair Lady” when it opened at the Erlanger Theater in February of 1956. It measures approximately 9” x 6” and is in very good shape with both autographs bold & clear. Julie Andrews signature is approximately 2 5/8” long with Rex Harrison’s app 2 1/2” long. Both autographs are guaranteed authentic. A fantastic piece of theater history as the “new” My Fair Lady musical opened in Philadelphia on February 15th for four weeks. This playbill was from one of those first performances as there is an advertisement for “Affair of Honor” starting February 27th showing that this show was definitely before that date (see pictures above).
